Streams Charts continues to sum up the results of 2022 on Twitch. In a new article, we will tell you about the platform's most popular female streamers and the changes in their viewership statistics in each quarter.

Most popular female Twitch streamers in 2022

Amouranth became the platform's most-watched female streamer for the second year in a row, generating over 32.2M Hours Watched in 2022. In addition, she entered the top 6 Twitch girls by Peak Viewers (82K viewers) and the top 3 by the number of new followers (up 1.24M).

Holding the second spot with over 20.5M Hours Watched is Ironmouse, who also became the leader among Twitch VTubers in this indicator. The rest of the streamers in the top 10 generated 10-15M Hour Watched over the year.

QTCinderella took the lead by Peak Viewers among girls on Twitch. In 2022, she hostedThe Streamer Awards, which attracted over 381K Peak Viewers, setting a new record for her channel. The second spot by Peak Viewers was taken byAriGameplays – her broadcast of theTwitch Rivals Squidcraft Gameswas watched by a record for a female streamer 143K viewers. The rest of the streamers in the top 10 attracted less than 100K Peak Viewers.

AriGameplays also became the leader by follower growth. In 2022, 2.5M Twitch users started following her channel. Holding the second spot is another Mexican streamer,rivers_gg, with 2.15M users starting to follow her channel in 2022. Note that these girls received most of their new followers after participating in Twitch Rivals Squidcraft Games.

Most popular Twitch female streamers in Q4 2022

Amouranthbecame the leader of Q4 2022 by Hours Watched among girls on Twitch. She has generated 7.34M Hours Watched, more than double that of any other streamer in the top 10.39daph, 서새봄냥(saddummy),Kyedae, and rivers_ggalso made it to the top 5 with 3.35M to 3.05M Hours Watched respectively.

The most popular broadcast in Q4 2022 was hosted by VTuberNimuVT. She attracted 87K Peak Viewers during the stream where she showed her real body but not her face. The second spot went to Amouranth with a score of 82K Peak Viewers (a record for her channel). Such an audience was reached during a mysterious stream called "some changes ♥", after which the girl announced that she had freed herself from her abusive husband.

Rivers_gg became the leader by follower growth in Q4 2022. From October to December, 442K Twitch users started following her channel. Behind her are Nadia,AriGameplays, and Amouranth, whose follower numbers increased by 356K, 318K, and 260K, respectively.

Most popular Twitch female streamers in Q3 2022

Amouranthretained her title as the most watched streamer on Twitch, showing a 3% increase in Hours Watched over the quarter.Pokimane, the runner-up in the second quarter, took a big break from streaming in August and began broadcasting less frequently on the platform. This resulted in her not even making it into the Top 30 female streamers of Q3 by Hours Watched. Besides Pokimane,fuslie,KyedaeandIJenzalso dropped out of the Top 10.

Rivers_gghas made it into the Top 10 female streamers for the first time and immediately ranked second. In Q3, she amassed 4.85 million HW, which is almost twice as many as she had in Q2. It should be noted that the popularity of the Mexican female streamer is gradually growing since her registration on Twitch in November 2021.Jinnyttyretained third place in the ranking, with a 15% increase in HW over the quarter.

39daph's HW total rose by 45% in Q3, making her move up from tenth place to fourth.서새봄냥(saddummy) dropped one place in the ranking and ranked fifth, losing 6% of her HW number over the quarter.릴카(llilka),비챤_(viichan6) andbiyin_are newcomers to the Top 10 most watched Twitch female streamers. However, 릴카 began actively streaming only in July 2022, quickly gaining popularity thanks to her YouTube and Instagram fans. In turn, 비챤_ and biyin_ HW grew by 13% and 107%, respectively, over the quarter.

The most popular stream in Q3 was hosted by LittleBigWhale, the Team Vitality ambassador. Her broadcast of Z Event 2022 Day 2 attracted 89K Peak Viewers. Second place according to this metric goes to rivers_gg: in August, the female streamer was raided by the popular Argentinian streamer ElSpreen, after which her broadcast was watched by 57.8K PV.

In third place with a result of 57.7K PV is biyin_. This concurrent viewership was reached in August on TORTILLALAND 2 Day 5. Fourth place in the ranking is taken byQTCinderella: her broadcast reached 53K PV at thesh*t Camp 2022event.Emiru, who drew 51K PV on the cosplay broadcast withAsmongold,Mizkifandjessica, rounds out the Top 5.

The biggest follower increase in Q3 is shown by rivers_gg. Between July and September, 812K new users started following her channel. Nadia, a newcomer to the Top, is in second place by this metric. In Q3 she got 508K followers, and about half of them began following her channel in August.

AriGameplays, who got 490K new followers, rounds out the Top 3. Interestingly, more than half of them started following her channel at the TORTILLALAND 2 event. Mayichi, vickypalami and filian are newcomers to the Top 10 by Followers Gain, taking 7th, 9th and 10th places respectively. At the same time, pokimane, NimuVT, IamCristinini and Staryuuki dropped out of the Top 10 in Q3.

Most popular Twitch female streamers in Q2 2022

Amouranth regained the title of the most watched female streamer on Twitch, however, her Hours Watched increased by only 1%. Q1 leader, ironmouse, fell to seventh place in the top, losing 69% of her Hours Watched for the quarter. This happened because the VTuber spent 57% less time on air.

Pokimane jumped from fourth position to second despite losing 11% of her Hours Watched during the quarter. Jinnytty took third place, showing the biggest increase of the metric among the top 10 female streamers of the quarter. Korean female streamer's Hours Watched increased by 87% thanks to a 42% rise in her airtime.

Saddummylost 1% of her Hours Watched for the quarter, but jumped from seventh to fourth place in the ranking. The metric offuslie(Q1's top 3 female streamers) dropped by 29%, due to a 22% fall in her airtime.Kyedae,IJenzandlilpaaaaaashowed good increase in Hours Watched, with a 42%, 25% and 56% rise in metrics respectively.39daphlost 14% of her Hours Watched during the quarter and fell from ninth to tenth place in the ranking.

The most popular stream in Q2 was hosted by Pokimane. Her podcast with xQc accumulated more than 96K Peak Viewers. Mexican streamer rivers_gg is in second place by this metric: her June broadcast generated over 67K Peak Viewers after ibai, one of the most popular streamers in the Spanish-language segment of Twitch, raided her.

Fuslie also entered the top 3: in her May broadcast she did a make-up for the YouTuberSykkunoand accumulated 56K Peak Viewers.Emirucosplay contest was held from March 31 to April 1, the broadcast generated 64.6K Peak Viewers, but the part of it that got into Q2 statistics, attracted only 48K Peak Viewers.AriGameplaysrounded out the top 5 with 47K Peak Viewers on her first broadcast after taking part in the LA VELADA DEL AÑO II boxing event.

AriGameplays became the leader in follower growth for the second quarter in a row. This time around 511K Twitch users started to follow her channel. The girl's increased popularity is explained by her participation in the Ibai boxing event mentioned above.

The second place was taken by rivers_gg. The girl attracted 438K new followers in Q2, and its number started to rise the most after the previously mentioned Ibai raid. Amouranth and Kyedae followed her, their figures increasing steadily month by month.

Most watched female streamers on Twitch in Q1 2022

Amouranthheld the title of most popular female streamer on Twitch for most of 2021, but in 2022 she started in second place. From January to March, the streamer amassed over 8 million Hours Watched, 18.5% fewer than the previous quarter. It should be noted that Amouranthplansto leave OnlyFans in June and focus on her streaming career. She has already invested about $400K to improve the quality of her content on Twitch.

The main breakthrough of Q1 2022 on Twitch belongs to a VTuber ironmouse, who became the leader of the ranking with the result of 10.7 million Hours Watched. The female streamer's popularity skyrocketed in February. She held the most successful subathon in the history of the platform, thanks to which her Hours Watched number increased by 715%. At the same time, the total growth of ironmouse's Hours Watched number in Q1 was 306%.

A more impressive increase in Hours Watched in Q1 was recorded by another VTuber,Shylily. The female streamer ranks fifth. Compared to the last quarter of 2021, her Hours Watched number increased 135 times.

Fuslieandpokimaneare on 3-4 places, with just over 5 million Hours Viewers each. Moreover, in Q1 their numbers grew by 124% and 9%, respectively.

Korean streamers dda_ju and saddummy are in 6th-7th places with nearly 4 million Hours Watched. Next comes the only Spanish-speaking female streamer in the top 10, AriGameplays, whose Hours Watched grew by 135% over the quarter.

39daph and Sommerset, who accumulated 3 million and 2.9 million Hours Watched, respectively, round out Twitch's top 10 most watched streamers in Q1.

QTCinderellaheld the most popular stream in Q1 2022 on Twitch. It happened during The Streamer Awards 2022, where she was an organizer and presenter. The broadcast of one of the most prestigious streamer awards ceremonies attracted 381.4 Peak Viewers, which was also a record for the QTCinderella channel. AriGameplay ranks second. The female streamer participated in Squidcraft Games ft. Komanche, the most successful tournament in Twitch Rivals history. On one of the last days of the event, her broadcast was watched by almost 143K Peak Viewers.

A VTuberNimuVTand an American female streamerTinaKittentake 3rd-4th places in the ranking, gathering 88.8 and 77K Peak Viewers at their broadcasts in theJust Chattingcategory, respectively.

The Top 5 is rounded out by the only Russian-speaking female streamer tenderlybae. The broadcast, where she discussed her breakup with another popular streamer, attracted 74.2K Peak Viewers.

We should also mentionGingy's broadcast during theEscape from TarkovNew Year event. On January 5th she attracted 53.7K Peak Viewers (9th place). This happened partly due to her birthday celebration.

AriGameplays got the most new followers (over 1.1 million) in Q1 2022. As mentioned above, the female streamer's popularity increased significantly after Squidcraft Games ft. Komanche. It should be noted that the Spanish media called AriGameplays one of the main fashionistas of the Spanish-speaking segment of Twitch. Moreover, on June 25, the streamer will take part in a popular boxing event LA VELADA DEL AÑO byIbai.

Over the same period, pokimane's channel was followed by half as many users — 515.3K followers. It should be noted that the Canadian female streamer has been the leader in the number of followers among female streamers on Twitch for a long time — in total, her channel is followed by more than 9 million users.

NimuVT andrivers_gg, who spend most of their time streaming in the Just Chatting category, take 3rd-4th places by the growth of followers in Q1 of 2022.

Amouranth's follower growth totaled 367K more users (5th place). At the same time, the streamer's channel is followed by 5.3 million people — second place among female streamers on Twitch.

It is interesting that ironmouse attracted a huge audience and broke into the leaders of Q1 by Hours Watched, but from January to March, her number of followers increased only by 248.4K (10th place).
