- Beast Boy The classically green-skinned member of the Doom Patrol and later the Teen Titans, Beast Boy has the power to transform into any creature of any size.
- Bright Eyes A young metahuman who escaped from N.O.W.H.E.R.E. after the Culling was stopped by Teen Titans and Legionnaires.
- Caitlin Fairchild Fairchild was the unofficial leader of the popular Wildstorm super-team known as Gen¹³. The team's smartest and strongest member, she was also the half-sister of her teammate Freefall. Fairchild has recently been incorporated into the mainstream DC Universe.
- Kon-El Conner Kent, also known as Kon-El, is a human/Kryptonian hybrid clone of Superman and Lex Luthor created by N.O.W.H.E.R.E. for the purpose of being the mantle of Superman. Instead, he stuck to his own path, and became a member of the Teen Titans.
- Lightning Once a captive of N.O.W.H.E.R.E. Lightning now has teamed up with her brother Thunder and the other Ravagers.
- Ridge A monstrous member of the Ravagers, a young group of heroes on the run from N.O.W.H.E.R.E.
- Rose Wilson Rose was a member of Harvest's Ravagers, formed of those who survived the Culling.
- Terra The original Terra was a Teen Titan who was secretly a spy for their enemy Deathstroke. During The classic storyline the Judas Contract, Terra died. Following the New 52, Terra is once again alive as a member of the teenage runaways, The Ravagers.
- Thunder Once a captive of N.O.W.H.E.R.E. Thunder now has teamed up with his sister Lightning and the other Ravagers as they attempt to escape Rose Wilson and Warblade.
- Warblade Warblade was a member of Harvest's Ravagers.
- Windshear A young metahuman who escaped N.O.W.H.E.R.E. after the Culling was stopped by Teen Titans and Legionnaires.
